Powder-coated surfaces: The surface should be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water. If needed, a small amount of dish soap may be used. After cleaning, the surface should be wiped with a clean, damp cloth.
Laminate & Linoleum: The surface should be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water. If needed, a mild detergent or dish soap may be used. Concentrated cleaning products should not be used. Spills and grease should be removed immediately, and the surface should be dried with a soft, clean cloth. For linoleum surfaces, a pH-neutral cleaner should be used, and linoleum care should be applied 2–3 times a year.
Solid Oiled Oak & Dark Oiled Oak: The tabletop and underside should be treated with a suitable oak wood oil upon receipt and 2–3 times a year thereafter to improve resistance to stains and fluids. For Solid Oak, a food-safe tabletop oil with a small amount of white pigment should be used. For Dark Oiled Oak, a food-safe smoked tabletop oil should be used. The surface should be cleaned regularly with a soft, dry cloth following the wood grain. The product should not be exposed to excessive humidity, heat, or direct sunlight or placed close to a heat source. Hot or wet objects should not be placed directly on the surface, and spills should be removed immediately to avoid discoloration. Metal objects should not be left on the surface for extended periods, as marks may occur.
For advice on suitable wood oils for indoor use, a local hardware store should be consulted
