Anderssen & Voll is a Norwegian design duo, founded by Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll and based in Oslo. The duo have been named both Norwegian and Scandinavian Designers of the Year and have received international awards and recognition for their work with furniture, lighting, and home accessories.
The Oslo Family by Norwegian design duo Anderssen & Voll is a new perspective on sculptural design, characterized by its contemporary lines, embracing curves and an airy expression. The duo found the inspiration for the Oslo Family whilst travelling through Japan, referencing the sophisticated lines of traditional Japanese architecture.
Taking its name from the Norwegian capital that the designer duo calls home, the Oslo Family spans its ethos across multiple members; from the Oslo Sofa upon which the family is based over the bench to the Oslo Side Chair, being a contemporary perspective on the upholstered dining chair.
