To clean the table, the surface should be wiped with a cloth dampened with water. If needed, only a mild detergent or dish soap may be used. After cleaning, the surface should be dried thoroughly with a soft, clean cloth to remove any remaining moisture and prevent water spots. Spills, grease, or residues should be removed immediately to reduce the risk of stains and discoloration.
Extended exposure to humidity, heat, or direct sunlight may gradually alter the appearance of the terrazzo. The table should not be placed near heat sources. Hot, wet, or metal objects should not be placed directly on the surface, as they may cause marks.
The tabletop is treated with a water- and oil-repellent stone sealer. If additional protection is desired, a stronger stone sealer can be applied. Advice on product selection and application should be obtained from a local hardware store.
