When approaching their photo essay for Muuto, photographer Alexander Kilian and the creative team of online magazine iGNANT opted to explore shibusa, a Japanese term that describes the aesthetic of simple, unobtrusive beauty, and the seven elements of this: simplicity, implicity, modesty, naturalness, everydayness and imperfection, achieved by configuring Muuto designs in abnormal settings and odd angles.
