On the unique characteristics of the design, Iskos-Berlin explains: “The Still Café Table is designed as a natural continuation of the Fiber Chair series as the die-cast aluminum four-legged base has the same form language as the table. Often, the table is an extension of the current architecture of a chair—in this case, the Still Café Table joins the continuity of the design through an existing expression.”

When asked how the Still Café Table is tied to the studio’s own design philosophy, the duo ends: “We’re trying to get deeper into the essence of creating well-designed objects that are easily recognizable without being superficially eccentric or visually noisy.”
