    Muuto Courtyard

Nestled among the city’s rooftops, the Muuto Courtyard perfectly captured the essence of biophilia, emphasizing the positive effects of nature and natural materials on our well-being. This outdoor space offered a peaceful refuge from the city’s hustle and featured an exclusive preview of Settle, our new outdoor lounge collection by Norwegian designers Anderssen & Voll. Guests enjoyed moments of tranquility, creating a serene environment for reflection and connection.

Panel talk / On the subject of Neuroaesthetics—Creating Intentional Spaces

The field of neuroaesthetics explores how physical objects and spaces shape our behavior and emotions, but how can we use that knowledge to create meaningful interiors? During 3daysofdesign, we hosted a conversation with four leading figures in design and research, moderated by Max Fraser of Dezeen.

Christoph Brach – Founder of Raw Color, Marie Hesseldahl – Partner at 3XN/GXN and Head of Interior and Product Design, Rebecca Chamberlain – Senior Lecturer in Neuroaesthetics at Goldsmiths, University of London, and Line Brockmann Juhl – Chief Marketing Officer at Muuto, discussed how emerging research enables us to sharpen contemporary practice.

This insightful talk centered on the core of our work and the evolving neuroaesthetic discussions within the design industry, providing valuable perspectives on how to create spaces that truly impact our emotions and behavior.

    Shaping Ideas exhibition

“Shaping Ideas” celebrated our design values and process as a winding journey. Visitors explored the creative journey behind our new release, Set Lamp by Jamie Wolfond, and two Muuto classics, Workshop Chair by Cecilie Manz and Ply Rug by Margrethe Odgaard. The exhibition revealed the myriad of ideas, materials, and methods tried and tested to arrive at a final form, the design object we know and love. Through honest expression, colors, and new perspectives, we showcased how each piece embodies our commitment to these values.

    Muuto Design Contest

The design process was a pivot to the launch and presentation of the Muuto Design Contest, an open-call competition searching for new perspectives on accessories and small furniture for the modern home. Adamant about supporting innovative ideas in the design industry, Muuto welcomes various design submissions, be it a vase, stool, coat stand, or an altogether new type of home object.      Muuto Showroom

Our redesigned showroom for 3daysofdesign showcased our versatile collection of furniture, lighting, and accessories. Attendees experienced firsthand how the intentional use of color, form, light, and texture can transform any space into one that feels just right.

Muuto Spaces celebrated our new perspectives on Scandinavian design, offering guests the opportunity to connect, explore, and be inspired by the possibilities of thoughtful living.

We believe in fostering a community and creating spaces where design meets well-being. We invite you to keep engaging with our thoughtful product selection and curated brand universe.
