2. Delivery & Freight

There are different options for delivery as well as pick up from the Muuto Warehouse when ordering products as an employee or on behalf of friends & family

For employees in Denmark

Smaller items (GLS deliveries): Free delivery at the Muuto HQ
Larger items (deliveries on pallets): Delivery at home address, curb side. 5% freight cost. Employee will coordinate directly with LGT

For employees outside Denmark

Smaller items: Delivery at a commercial address. Freight flat rate of relevant market (as well as any local customs clearance) will apply
Larger items (deliveries on pallets): Delivery at home address, curb side. Freight flatrate of relevant market (as well as any local customs clearance). Employee will coordinate directly with LGT

Friends & Family terms

Friends & Family can have their order delivered at a commercial address only: (curbside), alternatively pick up at Muuto warehouse*

—Friends & family pay the flat rate on the specific market
—Friends & family can pick up at Muuto warehouse free of charge
—Friends & family outside EU additionally pays customs and handling fee

No notification is possible before delivery at commercial address.

*If the recipient has a VAT no. that is linked to their private address, home delivery is possible. Please contact Customer Care regarding this.

Upon delivery for both employees as well as friends & family

Remember to sign the freight document with reservation in case of visible transport damage
Remember to save the packaging in case of a complaint when the product is delivered
